These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of platinum605.com (the "Site"), operated by Platinum LLC, doing business as Platinum Site Solutions ("Platinum Site Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information on the Site

The Site provides general information about our services, equipment, and products. Specifications, capacities, images, and availability are provided for reference, may change without notice, and may vary by model, configuration, and site conditions. Nothing on the Site is an offer, quote, or guarantee.

Pricing, scope, schedules, and warranties for any project, sale, or rental are set only in a written proposal, quotation, or agreement signed by Platinum Site Solutions. Those documents, not the Site, govern any work or purchase.

Project and Contact Submissions

When you submit project information, a message, or an application, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Submitting information does not create a contract or obligate either party, and we may decline any request.

Chat Assistant

The Site offers an automated AI chat assistant. Its answers are generated from the content of the Site, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are provided for general information only. They are not quotes, commitments, or engineering, electrical, safety, or legal advice. Do not rely on the chat assistant for instructions on working with electrical systems or equipment. Acceptable Use

Product names and brands shown on the Site, including BatchMate and Tria Products, Mixmate and Praxidyn, and Ubiquiti UniFi, are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use does not imply that those owners endorse the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
